Here's who I am & what I am trying to accomplish
I am an experienced business operator with a good track record of optimizing and improving small/medium businesses. My expertise currently relies on the manufacturing and services industries in Mexico and the US.
All the companies under the management of our team are currently growing in revenue, are cashflow positive, and have healthy profit margins above the industry average.
Our team is now looking to expand our portfolio of companies with a trusted team of competent operators via acquisition.

Currently, we are actively searching to buy our next company with the following criteria:
Looking for an established 10-year-old or older, service company with solid operations, but lacking strong sales and marketing efforts, that is available for disruption by outsourcing specialized labor overseas.
1. The ideal company should be generating at least between 750,00 and 1,500,000 USD in seller discretionary earnings yearly.
2. The ideal company must be generating revenue ranging anywhere from 3M to 8 M USD.
3. Currently, our search criteria is that our next business must be based in the Austin Metro Area
We are currently looking to assemble an A Tier team of small business M&A advisors for our current and future projects.
For bankers and brokers, a current personal balance sheet, proof of funds, and financial statements from our current portfolio companies are available upon request.
